Now it's March

We had a fantastic February. Cohen turned two, I can't believe how fast time flies. He is the happiest most energetic little guy ever and had blast with all the friends and family that came to celebrate with us. He is growing and learning so much so fast. He loves Nursery and tells us every Sunday that he will learn about the Nephites in Nursery. Well yesterday at lunch Nate asked if he learned about the Nephites and Cohen says "umm no, Joseph Smith." That surprised us, so Nate asked what he learned about Joseph Smith and Cohen says "boy, like me" then tells us that Joseph Smith listened to Jesus. Wow, I was feeling really impessed with my barely two year old, who then gets red in the face grunting "poopy time" and then after much work pronounces "got it" :) how is that for an inspiring Sunday lunch conversation:) We've been trying to encourage a little interest in potty training, I think it's getting close so we'll see how that experience goes.
We also bought a house, painted the entire inside, and moved in. We are finally feeling settled and love having our own place. When I feel like it is presentable I will post pictures.

For Cohen's birthday party we went to his favorite place to eat lunch. The Mayan. About a month ago we went to the aquarium and randomly decided to go eat at the Mayan since it was near by and neither Nate or I had been there in over 8 years. Cohen loved it! We sat right by the diving pool. So we thought it would be a good place to have a birthday lunch. He still talks about it non stop, how they jump from way high into the water and splash and he gets wet. Since our apartment was full of boxes from packing we went to our new house with no furniture to open presents.

This is Cohen's idea of "helping" me pack

I guess the guys needed a rest after a long day of moving. Cohen too:)

My two best buds having a sleeping bag slumber party before we got Cohen a bed, which for now is just a mattress on the floor. We are going to build him a bed soon, with the help of my dad so don't think I'm depriving my child.

And just for fun I thought I would include Cohen's favorite video. Check out the moves my family has. Especially Guy:)

Congrats on the house. That is always exciting. I believe that cohen obviously learned his moves from nate. I remember when nate would shake like that. We miss you guys. Nate you need to tell me whats going on more, you never tell me anything.
